I love your loving evocation of the rain. I could be satisfied just with these sensory words that let my Imagination experience sensation mentally. But you do something more which is most welcome. You are describing not just a physical experience but a spiritual one: FEEL THE MYSTIC, / OF/IN...THE CALL... etc. Actually your poem shows it's not addition - physical + spiritual = a heightened state. The physical and spiritual are already fused and your poem shows how to experience that unity of things. And the JOY tyhat flows immediately and abundantly from it.
