Mysterious Being Poem by N1n3x Phr3ak

Mysterious Being

Rating: 4.0

To the hope and joy that crosses my mind
I travel across the lands searching ready to find
A female companion who wants to hold me
In the rain, in a hurricane, even next to a tree.
From the touch of your lips, to the graze of your hands
When I'm with you, I feel famous; I'm a rock star in a band

The idea that you want me not for beauty, but for my mind
My heart is locked, my brain is frozen and legs are in a bind.
The scent of your aroma slowly fills my head
I'm dazed, confused, also feeling dead.

The fact I've never found my perfect being
When i finally meet her, the fat lady shall sing.
I catch myself dreaming, wondering who she'll be
I see the outlines of her body and face, why does she delude me.

I've seen her recently passing through my dream
She goes by never stops; I feel I need to scream.
I sit next to a tree, with a book on my knee
I'll wait for days, and days for my mysterious being.
