Very nice and soothing. On a misty day or night the sky takes on a dreamy look, the air feels soothing and thoughts of times past are remembered. deep in the dark abyss is an interesting line.

I like this poem very much - it has a wistful feel to it. To me it suggest that 'something is on the way'. It could even be a song lyric.
