You passed by the road,
the road I was taking.
I never really knew who you were at first,
just the fact that our class, you would be teaching.
You taught us the English subject,
but for me you taught more than that.
Well, maybe because you were also our adviser
so you were assigned to settle our inquiries,
the who, the why, the where, the what.
I never thought you would leave such an impact,
in this life I've been living.
You even taught me to be more profound,
when it came to dealing with 'Reap Sharings'.
You've taught me to grow up in some way,
accept the changes that may come the way.
'Cause changes will always be there,
it'll be different for everyday, so better prepare.
Well, so, I just made this poem to thank you for everything.
'Cause maybe you're unaware that because of you,
this life I have, in better ways, I am living.
You really taught me so much,
so much more than I expected.
Though there have been times that were tough;
every experience I've never regretted.
The things you taught can't be counted,
they're more than just any discipline.
You've taught us so much lessons in life,
and if your RT is assigned, you know you better stay to clean.
But now you're far away,
those days, I knew they wouldn't stay.
Now all of them are just a part of the past,
stored in this memory box of mine,
and I don't know until when they'll last.
So, yeah, that's about it,
nothing really new, nothing out of the blue.
I just can't seem to forget that bubbly face,
and how I find myself sometimes missing you.
