aha...and maybe you already applied the ' recommended daily allowance.'.cook should be oriented about that..seasonings could make recipe tasty, ..seasonings are nice, but it should have limitations, coz when it is more than enough, it is already not the' recommended daily allowance'...my gosh, i like the thought here.. naizz
