Without our teachers what would we do? Who would we turn to for knowledge. A lovely tribute to all teachers everywhere.

This has sent goosebumps all over my body! What a noble tribute to the teachers! ! Looking back to my past, some faces stand out as beacons of light! They are my teachers who prodded me to move on when tired, guided my path, imparted perennial values to life and above all lit the lamp of knowledge, many of whom now rest under the sod! Shahzia, I assume that you were a good student, the darling of your teachers! Let me draw your attention to one of my favourite poems- The Guru' which got least reader response!

What a poignant and brilliant homily written to your teachers and teachers everywhere. All students should be as grateful as your words for the work of good caring teachers. Unfortunately, many teachers in this country are not honored for their efforts. Great work.

Just keep on learning wisdom through your life, it is never enough, because through wisdom you will be able to put together the logic of life eventually. Love your teachers the good ones, but the bad ones too, because if anybody is bad to you, you caused it with your behavior. And you are a giver, me too, so I can understand you. Where ever I pass I do good, if I have one thing and someone wants it, I give it, but you have to learn to take also, because it is the gift of God. However, whatever you do, do it from the heart, because that counts.

A great homage presented by an obedient student to her praiseworthy teachers. Though the poetess regards them as her second parents, they are more than real parents with respect to the comparison between body and soul. v nice
