YOU USED TO MAKE MY RAIN LOOK BEAUTIFUL - what a striking image to convey how the affection we feel for someone spills out into the world and makes the world itself more beautiful. But unrequited love is a trickster. You cannot sustain the positive mood you're in without the reality of returned affection fueling it. What I take from your poem is readiness and promise. The speaker is ready to be a partner in a love relationship, and when it finally happens for real, she will be so committed to its success, it cannot fail (that's the promise in your poem!) .
