My Prison Poem by Silence Dogood

My Prison

Rating: 5.0

Surround by bars
trapped in a cell
begging for mercy
screaming for hell

I'll give you my heart
sell you my soul
if you give me freedom
and let me go

for these bars kill me
slowly inside
their slow as torture
but I will die

My silent screams
echo through this cell
They cant be heard
just another scream in hell

This prison is torture
of my own creation
I know im guilty
for lifes temptations

I'll plead innocent
say its not my fault
but I know its a lie
trapped in this vault

im surrounded by bars
trapped in this cell
asking for forgiveness
while sentenced to hell
