I also have pain, i keep it hidden, i try to forget, but i cant. i think about it constantly. My heart always has a sinking feeling. Like its being ripped out of my chest. Find a friend, the one who you trust most, tell them of your pain, it will help u rid, even a little of your burden. Many good wishes to you. Luck.
