My Letter To God Poem by Julius Saidu

My Letter To God

At the far end of my delusions
Coax readings
In my clouded facial stream
I am to raise a quill
To knock heaven drums
Seeking a glimpse from God's eye
Dis de young
A last action
Let the creator brighten my troubles
My delusions
This is my letter to God

I
In my crimson bits
Scratch of little lits
I sayeth to thee
Why my littlest vase scarce the brim
Whyeth my darketh touch
Stayeth in its dilemma
Lord why……….
I hit with heaven in times
Greatest than numeric
Deal this and that
Cross my name where darks lay
Shineth it a little light
Where eternal stay last
Why God……..out stamp stands void
Oh why me, I sinneth to thou
All times

II
De days of my older
Why is it the beaten drums?
As in this times
Tis darkling skies
Moving dooms
Sinneth rooting in my gracious fountains
A day to now days
Why hast it so?
Lord the eyes that see' eth
Tell the mysteries
I itch for answers
I beg of thee

III
At the table of crimson lair
Beloved curse bearers
Dreaded skies, for evening chants
Black tears
Tis way wars
Weary sight
Man in his shell of hate
Rain not beats
Its fullness chill
Just days, war flames
My nation in its way to end
O lord thou, why in my time?
Another earth
Again, another creation
Dis is all rugged pebbles
I ask of thee
New world, new man

IV
As tears as sea
Gushed my reddened eyes
Ink brings these words to end
I write to heaven
My nations sicken dead
Myself going down if not in flames
Make these lines to be
Cleanse my tears with answers
For this I say is my letter to heaven
