Night is dark and dull,
It is sometimes horrible also.
Hooting sounds of the owls
Make us shudder with ominous
Thoughts at night;
Yet night has thousands and thousands
Of eyes and heart to see and feel the vast
Universe in which we live with others.
Mind is clever and shrewd,
It's fraught with mundane activities.
It becomes dirty often and horrible also.
Heart has feelings and emotions;
It's not horrible like mind;
It's not clever like mind;
Yet it's brighter than mind.

Our minds are amazing. They can bring us peace, or torture us. They say the intelligence of the mind permeates every cell of our body. But our brains control our every emotion. But most of us like to believe our hearts rule over love and everything good. A very nice poem that stirs the imagination.
