My Knees And Hips Poem by Paul Warren

My Knees And Hips

I think my knees and hips were the first to go
All those years running and walking you know
When I had younger legs it didn't matter
Now my knees and hips make a straining clatter

And those years marching and running on a road
Will now mean my knees and hips can't take the load
So I rub in the Voltaren cream and Goanna Oil into my skin
So I can walk and work standing up and getting in.
