I lost few things to the time
Which I had kept secured in my jewels box
Everyday I wiped and cleaned it as if they were mine.

Something I lost forever something I gained again, value based life is marvellous and values are the nice jewels box. Excellent writing.
Life is a jewel box full of jewels of memories. One may say those jewels are one's own, I hope. About material things, it is true that nothing belongs to someone. Beautiful poem providing great philosophy of life.
In the course of life, some jewels we gain and some we lose! It is quite natural.....! As nothing is ours, even if we lose some of our material possessions, we don't have to regret over them much! 'Let things come and go'.... If we develop such an attitude, life will be easier! Ultimately we leave the world with nothing in our hands..... this thought helps us to see our losses in a better light! Great poem Geetha!
so beautifully expressed the sorrows and happiness of our lives that become jewels of our treasure box....each experience of our journey is precious even if some give pain yet they chisel our personality into finer beings.....10/10
Nothing is mine Nothing can be ever mine................................its so philosophical....great work

Ultimately, everything is left behind; so I guess nothing really belongs to us.. While we live there are always certain things that we consider more valuable than others, but again we need to be prepared to lose them if required...
Virtue that ye keep last forever..rest all ephemeral flying with the wings of time thank
Wonderful, inspiring, born to induce immense thoughts within a sensible reader for sure. may i share, with all humility, amiability, that if you versified it without this much innocent clarity, still would have surpassed many a so called masterpieces that time has ever applauded, screaming ' wow, highly laudable'... well, in any case, the intimate innocence and tenderness of the inner whisper is still echoes within like the silent grating of golden sands by the slow ocean waves wrought by the early morning silver moon shades....or some scattered glow worms that adorn the dark backwater banks when a nocturnal fisherman's slim wooden boat that glides over the shining night veil of the silent water! ... yes.. that much of instant beauty is courtesy from this humble me for your verses. thanx.
Nothing dwells permanent even life so how can we claim jewels and other precious things as ours.....Geetha..... very insightful scripted beautifully

Every day we experience something new. Many thoughts are changed and many new thoughts take place of the older thoughts. A nice poem by Geetha, when thoughts go on changing how can we claim that these are our thoughts.
Really a nice poem on a real truth of the universe...........greatly enjoyed
In life we gain some and lose some. But if we can keep a logbook of it, we can gain an understanding of our gains and losses and that is what this poem beautifully conveys.
