My Heart Is Fixed

My heart is fixed on You my God
And fastened there by faith
Your Word has brought me revelation
As to my sinful state
And the expression of Your great love
In the offering of Your Son
To take my place at Calvary
For the sins that I had done

I'm overwhelmed with your love
And it has broken my heart
And repentance came into being
Praise God a brand new start!
A new life birthed within my soul
Your Spirit's residence
With peace and joy beyond all measure
You gave me a second chance

Now with a burden I cannot dismiss
Others they must know
How forgiveness can be obtained
And sins washed white as snow
And that glorious home in Heaven
Prepared by Christ the Son
Who one day will return for us
What grand hope for everyone

Where O where is your heart fixed
Has it found true satisfaction
Our has the quality of your life
Been improved by a minor fraction
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
And find new life in Him
He has fixed His great love on you
Now fix your love on Him

Unto whom to our dying breath
That we praise and celebrate His birth
And we celebrate His death
For hope was birthed within us
At the coming of the Son
And deliverance came through Jesus Christ
In His sacrificial offering

The name that is above every name
That God Himself has named
For by faith alone upon this One
A transformation is obtained
Bound we were in the flesh
And under condemnation
But Christ provides forgiveness for sin
And has offered a so great Salvation

So celebrate that wondrous birth
And the day of His life's cessation
Where all of our sins were placed upon Him
In open manifestation
For death provided compensence
For no greater life had paid
The total ransom for our sin
Then in a grave was laid

And three days later Resurrection!
Hope blazing in full glory
Celebration of His birth and death
And alive again O glory!
His Word preserved and steadfast
For it shall never fall
The Lord of lords Lord Jesus Christ
Only One individual!
