My Guiding Light Poem by Jacob Underwood

My Guiding Light

Rating: 5.0

Sweetened light I'm chasing through winds to see
Wishes of ends perfect inside ruby wheels
The dreaming of my heart grants as it steals
My future new flipped over on its heels
Life In your light to strike the perfect deals
Your gleaming loud light is what I'm wanting
To leave rocks in red satin is charming
I'll face you head on as stars are falling
No one will recognize me its fitting
And I hear the song of history's steels
what I've wanted to finally be free
no more sadness finally through your key
With The dress of crimson I'll be donning

A well expressed poem that provokes the mind. Yet, suicide must never be entertained in our thoughts. Great opening line.
