My daddy is my guardian angel
He is assigned to protect and guide me,
He gives me peace and always comfort
From my life, my daddy did not flee.
He guides me to wherever I walk
He points out the stones and rocks in my way,
And he always listens to me when I talk
I am still his precious piece of clay.
Indeed I am my daddy's girl
As I will be for the rest of my natural life,
And when my life becomes turbulent with a twirl
My daddy will help and subdue my strife.
My daddy cannot ever be heard or seen
Because sadly my daddy had died,
He left me when I was a blossoming teen
Now my daddy is my guardian angel at my side.
