As winter releases it's icy grip, and sun's kiss warms the ground,
my hands plunge into rich, dark earth, to spread the seeds around.
I tuck the germinated seeds inside their earthly beds,

My dark mind thought this was going to be about weeds, instead a garden full of heavenly seeds! My green heaven comes in a pipe a little pinch and then a light great poet, you got your poem goin on!
Wow, I really have to go out and spend some quality time with my garden after reading that, it was beautiful :) My pansy's have had a hard spring, every time they bloomed and looked nice, the deer thought of them as pansy salad, and all the flowers disappeared. At least the deer got to enjoy them.
