Truly, modesty and chastity are the requirements of the time

I liked the poem. I was looking for a poem to read to a coworker on her new journey. There was one sentence that didn't seem to make sense or fit into the scheme of things but overall the poem is great. The sentence that I am referring to is, A better future that secures good retirement, it didn't seem to flow with everything else in the poem. I think it is great and out of the other poems I had selected, the committed decided to go with this one.
