I used to love to go barefoot when I was young. Too old to enjoy it now, I guess.

Sorry to know that snow has not melted yet, dear friend! But surely, it will. The spring will come dancing and you can dance on the grass with your bare feet. You have to wait a little more, perhaps, LeeAnn.......lovely..10

I know what you mean, I no longer can stand cold weather and go barefoot or with flip flops. The poem brought feelings of being more natural than most people would like me to be.

In UK weather is not so harsh and I can enjoy the touch of grass on my feet. Today is bright sunshine.

We only realise the importance of little things when we loose it, hope ice will melt soon and you get back to the grass once again...Wonderful poem reminding us to enjoy small things we ignore often. Full********
