I am touched very much by the simpleness of this loveliest poem. You have written a poem straight from the heart, dear girl. I have lost my beloved father when I was very young too, but not that young as you. Yes, like your Paa is handsome, is mine too. I have also a wall. I like very much to read and reread your amazing write. Your deep love is engraved in this poem. You have a caring and loving mum. May your beloved father rest in peace.

Beautiful rendition of words in an unusual blend of tragedy and joy. It's a sad and a happy story, elegantly brought forth from the heart with conviction. Awesome paradox. Thanks for sharing Lotlot.

Good work, poet. Your words have invited us into your home and into your heart. We share with you the difficulty of a father gone before he could complete his final work- his children. But you have taken up his brush, and you paint with words. I am sure that he is proud of his young artist. Thank you again.

This is a beautiful piece, you can feel the saddness of never knowning your father. but, on the other hand you have others to tell you what he was like, and you can picture him as you would like. nicely done Annette.
