My Faith
My faith holds on to me
And wraps me in its arms
Surrounded by the grace of God
Protected from all harm
For God is with me everywhere
And He's promised not to depart
I know the joy of His very presence
For He's living in my heart
Each day is now a thankful one
For I'm consumed with Him
Miraculous how He can change a heart
And bring such peace within
And place a new song there as well
I'm singing praises unto God
All because I believed His Word
And repentance understood
O that Christ of Calvary
That shed His precious blood
To pay the ransom for my sin
That I might be reconciled to God
And put some glory in this soul
That it had never known before
That I might give back to my Maker
Praises forevermore
O there's a Hallelujah waiting
For your soul to employ
Once you understand you're a sinner
And seek the Saviour's joy
Not only our bright hope for tomorrow
But praise God our hope for today
Come establish yourself in His faith
And live for the Lord each day!
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
