It is six o'clock as the church clock chimes,
I'm living life backwards,

We all make mistakes in life, experience can sometimes be very costly, in more ways than one. Thinking back to happier times spent with loved ones, family and friends, can be therapeutic. Bringing a sense of serenity. Remembering those loved ones that are now passed on is a tribute to them. A celebration to their memory. They are part of who you are, it is they who moulded you. A lovely, touching, sentiment.

You have very rightly pointed out that, ' living backwards is putting my world right.' If we can look back into the past and establish a harmonious relationship with it, it can do us a world of good. In this context I would like to quote Jiddu Krishnamurthy, the great philosopher who says, ' The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence, ' and so it is important that we evaluate our present and the past with a sense of neutrality, as if we are watching a film of oneself. I am also deeply fascinated by your such precious line, 'They leap around my bedroom with an everlasting joy of no tomb.' To sum up, this is poetic brilliance. ....10

A travel back to life in the quiet evening with the intention of putting your world right! Past incidents are played back on life's screen and you see your family and friends! You feel they are not away but very much around and you derive a new spirit and joy from them! A great write Hazel!
