But wherever you are, in Spirit or Body,

Beautiful memories for me, with fond remembrance!

(cont.) This is a fine poem-tribute. you have been VERY lucky; you got 'THE LUCK OF THE DRAW when they were gifted with you and vice versa. i shall not bother with a few minor comments on the English; it is very good, almost as perfect as MINE! to MyPoemList. i hope your child will be able (and willing) to speak as well about YOU and her 'dad'. i think you have a daughter. bri :)

now i see where Geeta got her 'good looks'. at first i thought it might have just been makeup; you KNOW how these DANCERS are! ! i assume you had non-joyful moments as well. otherwise i'd think your family quite different from the one i grew up in. or you 'are lying'! ! but mine, too, lived to about the same age as yours and also married just over 50 years. they EVEN lived together MOST of the time! How lucky are the parents of Dr. Geeta Radhakrishna Menon! I have seen many times someone is born who is just like the grandparents. According to Hindu faith grandparents are reborn as grandchildren. Your love for your parents can perform such a miracle. I really liked this poem.

Great tribute to beloved parents from a gifted and a grateful daughter. Though, their contribution cannot be fully grasped and quantified, you have tried to put it in a few words with complete humility. Thanks a lot, Geeta ji. We can understand your feelings on this very special day. Following words reflect so much of their persona: so much of love.... Majestic attitude and style, with thousand books.... spiritual texts and deeds, Dance and sing to enjoy the aesthetic bliss!

Rajnish ji, you understand my poems so well, specially the deep sentiment attached to the poems. It is not possible to count the innumerable of things that the parents have done for their children. The least one can do is to fondly remember them with much gratitude. It is a great blessing to have wonderful parents. Thank you so much Rajnish ji.

Wat an eye-wetting tribute to parents. In your poem we read very much more, between lines. It really brought tears to my eyes. Don't have to say more about it. Thanks very much for the sensational poem. X

This is a great affectionate poem very well penned with much care and love as a tribute to your parents. Time has changed but souls have not. Still they shine in another world. Filial love is well expressed. They have blessed you much to become the great in life. This is an outstanding family poem. Thank you for sharing a silver photo of memory of your parents as a cover to this poem...10
