Hi Mam thanks for your comments in fact they were compliments for me, poetry is all about free flow of words, if not its not poetry at all. if words find hard to flow..thoughts would tend to escape as sir keats states if poetry should come it should come as leaves to plants...if not -not at all. You have nicely put a poet's feelings. A poet gathers and arranges words with a certain idea in mind, while the reader may interpret it entirely differently. Once the poem takes its shape it is left to the readers to interpret the collection of words. Let every interpretation be positive. Thank you for a beautiful poem. Very interesting poem Geeta written with great imagination. I am trying to go behind these words but knowing one's mind is a daunting task and so is expressing what goes on in one's mind. Geetha, we are all poets and it is the poets' art to say something and mean different.... They can make the trivial- significant and the significant.. silly! Though I cannot closely follow your stream of thought, this poem makes a very enjoyable read especially lines on the 'the lad who went to seek his lass and is still missing'!
