My Beloved Country Comments

This is my second visit to this poem with a very catchy title but with a meticulous portrayal of realities of our society which happen to be terribly cruel- to say the least. Will this picture change or will stay with us like some nondescript curse?

Anybody who is a keen observer of the headlines knows what is currently happening in the country. It is natural that he will be concerned about the misadventures of ruling dispensation spreading unrest on one or the other pretext. Local administration doesn't seem to be having any accountability- for fires, illegal industrial units, child labour, inhuman conditions in which poor workers are made to work and the like.
