My Bedroom Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

My Bedroom

Rating: 5.0

Like two playful kittens
Smitten
You said you love me
And i said it's you i want to see
I asked where we would meet
Certainly not on the street
The spectacle
The spectators
The bush would catch fire
The lodge, the maid would retire
The pool would dry up
Only water left to fill a cup
Let's meet in my bedroom
Fireproofed, soundproofed with lots of headroom.

At least you are not a dog.
