Music. Poem by Driss Ezzireg

Music.

Rating: 5.0

Music comes tender from the heavens
Fluid like rain, soft and tickling
To sublime the instant,
Tonify the instinct.
Music comes in no hurry
Like a pilgrim to a sanctuary
To absolve the sins
To wash away the din
Cumulated
Centuries.
Music comes like a friend uninvited
Welcomed and celebrated
For the joy and happiness
She brings;
For the refinement of the senses
For the genius
She senses
In the human mind.

Yes it is just as you say. Music comes like a friend uninvited. Welcomed and cherished. It can be in the most spontaneous circumstances when the rhythm finds you. And on top of that, it is infectious. A good poem. And one that I certainly can relate to. Nicely done Driss
