Mumbai Rain Comments

Poor citizens who have no homes or houses. The Indian Government is to blame. The government can build cheap houses for the poorest in the country. Mumbai is the capital, so too much people of course. It needs the factor " diligent" to let these people live in a decent way. I had been in Mumbai myself and know all about the poverty.
