Amazing depth there poet. Reading this got me to thinking of the slave trade and the transporting of them from Africa. The song Amazing Grace was written by a former captain of a slave ship, John Newton, who had a profound change of heart.. Leading to the song, Amazing Grace. He was found ONLY because he was lost.
