Welcome from one newbie of Poem Hunter, to another! This poem was really precious, although I must confess that reading the pantry contents made me hungry... Just love small animals, such as hamsters, gerbils, mice. Good work, here!
Thanks for your lovely reply. I am a fan of Guinea Pigs in particular as they are quite expressive. I will now read your poems to see if our poetic styles are similar as are our taste in small animals. Regards from David
