Great poem. Mother Earth has rightly been portrayed as one who 'nurtures her flora and fauna.... With much love and care! ' Her cries upon seeing the cruelty of man causing damage to this priceless flora and fauna pierce through the heart of the reader. Hi Geeta, Another jewel from your pen.. Yes! Earth is MOTHER to all. So, no-one has the right to harm another life. This is just Vaikom Mohammed Basheer said in his book, Bhoomiyude Avakaasikall. We who own a piece of land on the strength of the money we spent and the aadharam(document of title) think that it belongs exclusively to us. But is it so? There are millions of other beings living on/ in the land and the land belongs to them as well. We are just one among the owners. Your poem makes one understand this universal fact.
