Mother And I
I am off to see your mother.
I have not seen for quite a while.
When I do meet with your mother,
May she welcome me with a smile.
When I'm alone with your mother,
I'll tell we all missed her so.
She was such a special mother,
We were so fortunate to know.
Now, it is my time to leave you
To join your mother in Heaven's place
Where we'll all, again, be together,
Someday, enjoying God's good grace.
