Morning Walk Poem by Kishore Kumar Das

Morning Walk

As I return in my walk
everyday morning
I see a school boy
carrying a school bag
we exchange smiles
someday
I may be unmindful
but he alerts me
with his innocent smile
with his school uniform
green shirt and white pant
he looks so perfect
during my morning walk
many thoughts haunt me
the vortex of confusions
mind-blowing problems
I just can't think of
but when I see him
problems evaporate into thin air
the school boy, little'God' for me
my thoughts, peaceful and coherent
morning walk, enriched with love.
