I've read many poems about the moon. I like Sheley especially. I wrote several poems about the moon, but you wrote a pearl. I bow to you and my favorite poem.10 +++

What a sweet poem but sad and shows loneliness. Hope is just poetic and not real for you.

After reading an excellent poem, those that speak to you, of which not many arrive, I generally smile. Before getting to the end of the last stanza I was already smiling and that smile will last a good long while. Excellent work! Thank you

The beauty of the poem is enchanting. Is it really a moon, or it's a lover she has got.? Whoever it may be but the poetess' love for it is so much that it became instrumental in creating such an attractive poem.
