Moon Jellies Poem by Jacob Underwood

Moon Jellies

Sinning lights to glow beneath the seas lashes
Glowing in turn with an ageless hunger
Tentacles like pansy petals and fizz
Circling Like dreams the laziest hunter
Eerie light blue cast on depths in fluster
Mindless in blue lechery as time falls
Selene to watch over them in thralls
Made in her name only to whisper sleep
Rest forward As the sea's cracked porcelain dolls
Forever dreary as selene's sheep.
