Prelude
Four men accused for bumping off a man, denied charges against them. Plaintiff’s lawyer, to the amusement of the Judge, revealed that Moon was eye witness to this incident and sought approval to question them.
Lawyer approaching defendants one by one, (Amidst objections of the Plaintiff’s lawyer) “I put it to you that, the moon up there was watching from above, when you hacked him to death (Objected) . Now moon is ready to give evidence”.
D1, D2, D3 & D4 - How can moon see anything? Most of all, moon was behind a thick dark cloud. I deny your point.
