Momo Poem by Sophie Allyah

Momo

Momo my little girl
why so ugly and pale
you distant yourself
but gave them a trail
oh Momo, my Momo
why that face of a putrid whale
why so sad and lonely
when you could jump off
the cliff with playful gale
Momo the hideous girl
your ugly could win a Grammy
if you tell them your tale
they will envy you even
the great Christian Bale
they'll crucify you and pierce
your hands with a rusty nail
they'll release you instead
and try to impale
but Momo don't be angry
for life has to end
yours a sudden
like the fate of food
becoming stale
