Very touching..brought tears as me lost my mother 97 only a few weeks back..
Thanks a lot Mani-ji for your kind support. My heart-felt condolences on your sad bereavement. I share your sorrow and pray for her sadgati.
A great poem which as Bharati Nayak says, ' moves me to tears.' I couldn't agree more. I can visualize the trials and tribulations of the young couple as they ventured into a new phase of life with the lion not knowing the lamb well enough and the lamb too not knowing the lion well enough and yet knowing and setting their common goals and bringing up their children.
Mom and dad, through your wedding snap, bless my household which has many a fault. Every morn I look at you, a new sun smiles and makes the world. Isn't it for us the sun and stars are made, so we never forget to smile in pain and in tearful nights? Mom and dad, my ache is sweet just because you two beam your wedding smile. May my household and life ever shine in eternal thanksgiving to both of you. - - - - - - It is such an amazing poem that moves me to tears- - - -There are layers and layers of images, many many memories and so much more emotions hiding in the words of this poem.Congratulations for this marvelous poem.
Some day, your children will find and look at an old photo of you and reminisce too.: -)
Hope so, Kelly. Glad to have you back saying something after a long pause.
Very good. I can imagine the depth of the feeling and the suffering then to make to such a state.
Thanks Vijayan for your kind words.
Immense thanks Vijayan.
