A long golden chain rests on the bosom, Assembled together with ‘Lakshmi' coins. As the Mohiniattam recital begins, An appreciative audience begins to applaud in An atmosphere of deep anticipation of an untold joy, You wrote it about yourself....... i am sure of it. the great Danseuse. tony

(1) I don't know how this marvelous poem escaped my attention. The poem is meticulous in its portrayal of the make-up, attire and various embellishments which bring infinite grace and elegance to the appearance of a danseuse.

An atmosphere of deep anticipation of an untold joy, All ‘Lakshmis' begin to bounce jubilantly Agile with each beat, each 'Mudra', each melody! Mudra, melody rhythms, your steps, your eyes. your legs moving accrdingly. your dress. all fine my dear. your dance is a great poem in itself. tony

Dear madam, you have inscribed the poem Dance 6 - Mohiniattam - The Dance Of The Enchantress in such a way that a reader can't avoid to read over and over again. A dancer in this Mudra has special attraction wearing umbrella-cup shaped earrings, Jimikki kammal' of Kerala, pretty earring that dangles and swings with the attractive costume. Beautiful expression with attractive photo.10
