A brilliant poem..... appreciated the philosophical undertones!
The words are very well said honestly _picking them up it's full of wisdom _ although i feel u may want to work on the structure a bit more to guide an accurate flow of thought
Though I DO like rhyming, I don't always agree with your choice of words. Ah, I'm SO PICKY. Ha ha. ;) bri
PH is keeping me from sending my last, longer, comment. Your poem is optimistic, perhaps more than it 'should' be?
Well, Edison, not Edision, was highly successful at last and became famous and perhaps rich. Would that suit you, Varsha? bri ;)
Dear Varsha, hundred stars for this wonderful poem of introspection!
A path to a better understanding of life. Repentance is always a road to atonement!
Wonderful poem of mistakes and repentance! But every mistake is a learning, a growth
to think of mistakes as 'stepping stones' is interesting and may work well at times. Other times a mistake may cause you to drown, trip and kill yourself, etc. either literally or figuratively. ; (
And...I suggest you use 'Openly telling you', not 'Openly saying you'
more: stanza 2: could you have meant 'tongue', not 'tong'? ? ? ? And i wonder what is 'warming'.
stanza 1: some might say 'open sewer' instead of 'open pond'. bri : ) I, of course, ALWAYS make the right decisions! ! ! bri ;)
Brilliant verse, Varsha. Almost invariably regret accompanies choice....terrific verse.
This loveliest poem still fascinates me. Thank you dear poetess!
There is always a new beginning and a new dawn. Top stars Varsha
Wonderful poem, dear Varsha. It is always a dynamic experience to go through one's mistakes, because you will emerge purer and wiser.
The whole poem is pregnant with rich meaningful thoughts.....kudos Varsha...5***** and more
So perfectly expressed! Failures and troubles only take over when we fail to learn from our msitakes.
