Miss Not The First Day

I-t's the dawn of new year;
K-eep your hopes alive,
E-arly beacon will appear.
E-vade not the first day,
S-ay good-bye to last night;
P-rosperous future is in view,
L-et it set everything aright.
A-s December twenty-second
N-ever sees fireworks display;
A-im at the next stage, miss not the first day.
