Excellent write, Shaun. A beautiful and vivid depiction of darkness and cruelty. In just a couple of minutes I was able to watch a horror movie. Superb imagery. And so gripping. My eyes are drawn to the captivating lines in this marvelous poem. A poetic gem indeed. Onto my Poem List.
