Miserable As You Said I Would Be! Poem by BJ R. Ehlinger-McCray

Miserable As You Said I Would Be!

Rating: 5.0

Here I am
That's what you said
I know
As I was so too also
You where
But not anymore
Here I am
Where are you
Broken in dispare
Wishing and longing
As you left me
Abandoned to a crule and unforgiving world
Left to rot
If not for my will to hold you
Here I am
Miserable
As you said I would be
For the rest of my life
So kill me however you may
I'd rather be happily dead
Every night by your side
Then miserable forever
Or as you said
For the rest of my life
What difference does it make
With out thee
I'm dead already
Or at least that's what it seems
