I have had much experience of clothes that do not quite fit. But I prefer trousers which are slightly tight, than oversize ones. I want a comfortable-fitting shirt, not a tight, fashionable one. A most thought-provoking poem.

Michael, were I a man, I'd also prefer trousers which were more form-fitting and flattering, to oversize ones which would fall down, if you didn't constantly pull them up! :) And with shirts, you want breathing room, and room to move around. Thank you for commenting!

I am an old man. I want function over form. I would still like at least my sneakers to fit my feet. Oh yeah, I'm fat. Most things don't fit well, and I don't want to starve to make them fit. Nice poem, Princess.

Thank you, Mister KK! P.S: Old is a state of mind. Your soul is most likely very young-at-heart, to be on a Poetry site. :)
