Mine Words
From the time I said dada and mama
to the time I learnt of the twenty six letters
and that among them were vowels
and consonants
I came to realise I sat on a goldmine.
Mine was to mine this mine by putting words in line
Not just randomly
But in such a way that pleases the world
For,
letters are nuggets like minerals which when mined just fine
can bring beneficial results
And this is where I failed dismally
To mine the proper words to bring joy to others
so much so that sometimes I felt like closing the mine
and mime, as it seemed words would never be mine.
