very philosophical dripping with wisdom and truisms and i fully agree with what Norah Tunney has put down here before me liked
You claim to know nothing of matters of the heart and yet there is a deep sense here of some secret knowledge some of the mystery of love. I love how the poem is divided into 3 verses all with there own unique flavour. You begin with not knowing anything about matters of the heart and end with some deep mystical sense of something that cannot be expressed. My interpretation-the poem leaves room for many. Beautifully crafted full marks Edmund

A very wise and insightful poem. As always wonderfully written. Thank you for sharing this poem.
I keeled over upon reading- - Shakespeare or Byron haven't a clue, having never met you. WoW! ! ! A woman would think she had died and gone to heaven if a man said that to her..... but you, brave poet, venture further to say- - - - - - - - - - - Who but I has seen your courage, your modesty and grace? Who but I can appreciate the injustice you have suffered? My eyes see and my memories are a duet both bitter and sweet My love dear friend is an unwritten melody an unrealized song - - - - - - - - Okay, said woman would now scamper down to earth from heaven upon hearing this... women are help-meets and this one would definitely help you write that melody and realize that song! ! This is so stunning in its originality and its word choice and that last line is the best poetic line ever! ! ! Do I see a million 10's! ! ! ! ! !
