Mind Work Poem by Daniel Miltz

Mind Work

If you have an overzealous imagination
Your mind constantly in abstraction
You think literally in creative dimension
Word for word, letter for letter, line for line
Often takes you in a moment of define
It sometimes makes you over-analyze
Whereas, purely, otherwise
You get older and more owlish
More sensible and judicious
