It still had a few canals, like the Naviglio Grande,
lined with 'Milan yellow' flats and antiques.

Enjoyed reading this poem containing all possible details that a tourist can preserve in his memory. To me, the part dealing with 'The Last Supper' is highly significant. Thanks, Michael.
