I can relate to this poem. Big or small offices have this kind of people. This leads to demoralization in the workforce and affect the efficiency of all.
They throw their weight on rules to fuel the tyrants' tools Yet never bend to them, like dogs unleashed who drools.....appreciated this wonderful expression. A fantastic poem....5 stars.
