Great expressions! It is a fitting tribute to the great Poet Kalidas. Great service to people who can't read Sanskritized version of Kalidasa. May your valiant efforts continue.

wonderfully portrayed..... mythology and poetry very well fused... thank you.
so beautiful so moving i agree with mark i think your writing about love but if i'm wrong who cares because this is one of the most MAGNIFICENT poems i ever laid eyes upon of.........i can never rate this poem because there is no number for the truth thats written here
Kes, my dear friend, I'm not sure I follow you completely, but I think you're writing about love and I'll say let love reign supreme, even if the gods deign it differently. So go ahead and love your wife and let all else flow down the hill into the abyss. Is this a fair comment? Mark
the poem is ethereal, thanks for sharing. particularly liked the last stanza. Naseer has captured its essence in a few words. i had read it two days ago, then my system crashed. 10 Mamta
keshavji, hats off for a terrific effort.....thanks.....loved it....
Beautiful, Kesav. A unique blend of myth, meatphor, imagery, wisdom and poetry. Will be waiting for the upcoming verses. Regards Naseer
I am not familiar with the works of Kali Dasa, but I do love what you have written. It seems Mythological. The Crime is with the cruelness and the selfishness of the Gods and the abuse of their power over their subjects. For the Gods to win the Love and loyalty of their Servants they would have to Love...Excellent...
astoudingly thinking and probing, sir, it is long time since i read a piece like this. references make it a little laborious though, it does serve a great job of making those ones separated and united think that it is really painful to be so in either way. thank you sir. jaypee
